The session, delivered by Corporate HSEMA, focused on building team capability, enhancing leadership accountability, and reinforcing the organization’s commitment to effective HSE performance.
As the Enerflex project reached its final stage, a Leadership and Commitment training was conducted to reinforce engagement with the workforce and project teams. The focus was on strengthening leadership involvement and commitment to safety, resulting in the successful completion of the project without any Lost Time Injuries (LTIs).
An HSE Subcontractor Management meeting was held with the client to review OQRPI evaluations. The S&T Division HSE Lead presented on the company’s HSE standards and practices to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.
A Toolbox Talk (TBT) was conducted in the small stack fabrication area by the PDO QC Lead to raise awareness among the team and crew members. The session emphasized Majees Technical Services LLC’s standards and commitment to the project team, reinforcing high HSE standards throughout the work area. (OIL & GAS DIVISION)
At the OQ Salalah Plant, the S&T Division top management held a quarterly HSE Contractor Management meeting with the OQ team. The meeting focused on project completion, reviewing HSE performance, and ensuring compliance with established HSE standards.
The Vice President and GM – EPC Division of Majees Technical Services LLC visited the Fabrication Division and conducted a team meeting to reinforce leadership commitment, employee welfare, and adherence to company workflow and HSE standards. The visit included a field inspection to support and motivate the fabrication team, ensuring alignment with international oil and gas standards (IOGP) and best practices in workforce welfare.
Majees HSE Advisor was recognized for outstanding efforts in maintaining high HSE standards during the PDO SAE movement activities at the Amal West 2A Project. Through proactive monitoring, effective risk management, and strict adherence to safety procedures, the team ensured safe and incident-free operations, reflecting Majees’ continued commitment to safety excellence and operational integrity.
A client visit was conducted for the final inspection of the ADNOC DBOOM HABSHAN – BAB CDS Flare Package with teams from ADNOC and OILSERV. The visit focused on quality verification, inspection review, and execution readiness prior to dispatch, highlighting the strong collaboration and commitment of all teams involved.
A site visit was conducted by the Director at the S&T Division – Bisat Site, joined by the Project Manager, Construction team, HSE team, Sub-Contractor, and the project team. The team proudly celebrated the achievement of 100,000 Safe Man Hours without LTI, marking a significant project safety milestone. The occasion included safety quizzes, rewards, and a team dinner organized by the HSE and Construction teams, reinforcing Majees’ continued commitment to safety excellence and teamwork.
